CARFAX sends me emails every day with the various types of cars I'm interested in. I found my 2014 Pursuit thru one of the emails. I wasn't even looking at Cop cars but it was super cheap so I went over to Trust Motors on Atlantic Blvd to look at it. They wanted $10K for it. I talked eem down to $7500. I didn't expect that I would be driving it home the same day but I fell in love with it after driving it. It's Fast & it wasn't in too bad shape for a 2014 Charger Pursuit HEMI 2WD with 116K miles 8000 engine hours 4500 idle hours. I didn't even think to check the hours until after I got it home & I'd seen a few YT videos on these cars. Good Luck!!! Mine really just fell into my lap when I was in need of a daily driver🙏🏼Thankfully ✌🏼😎☯️

With the AWD system you got to have the same size tires and tire brand on all 4 wheels. That does put you on a limit as to what tire size you can choose from, no stagger wheels on this ride. Your new headlights are really cool.

@@Jbruno91 bought the wife a new Subaru in 2009 and the salesman said that if you need to replace a tire it had to be the same size and brand. If I didn't do that I would run the risk of damaging the AWD system. My guess is that not all tires have the same grip when you mix up the brand. Not a thing on part time 4 wheel drive vehicle or on a 2 x 4 vehicle but a AWD system it does matter. Well for Subaru it does. I would still see if it matters with the Dodge AWD system.

Plus you’re less likely to get hassled by the cops since they’re technically not legal. Did light smoke on my 15 Utility and then bought the OEM sport tail lights that come smoked from factory. Also surprised you didn’t get the alpharex charger headlights, those lights you got are wicked but those new alpharex are insane

Awesome ABC《☆》Nice work Brother. The Green DRLs R Way Kool. My 2014 doesn't have anything Ballistic but it does have BigAss Brakes. They're a little annoying if she sits for more than a day I get an awful squeel backing down my driveway. I can't sneak out without my neighbors knowing😁I wonder how hard it is to drive this Beast without Power Steering??Looks like U went to GoPullit on Normandy eh. I think I'd have to put Brass Monkey Paint on them HC wheels. It would be perfect with the Green Pursuit✌🏼😎☯️

Word of advice for you, to fix the awd service light, you need to buy the sensor for the transfer case called the transfer case range sensor. I had issues with my charger and thats what the common fix seems to be.

Wow, I'm loving the lights, they look very cool. Personally, I would leave it as light smoke, just right. Was there a reason have not taken off the nudge bar brackets off with the bumper off. Unless the dealers find anything, it's turning into a great build.👍👍👍

About that cut off wire to the sensor. After watching KZbin videos. I think people cut them at the auction to get the cars cheaper or someone needed that connector.

I replaced my headlight assemblies with VLAND RGB as well and for LED headlights I'm using Diamond vision F7 bulbs each bulb is 18,000 lm as far as I know that the brightest bulbs on the market that the Dodge will handle because of the wattage

I don’t know! I don’t think it was curb damage but the pump looked to be in good shape, there were no dents or anything. I assume it just got old and worn out and started leaking. But yeah can’t beat a $50 fix!!! Thanks man I’m glad you liked it, have a great Monday over there😄🤙

Hey do not know if you understand widebody specs but tires are 305 35 20 them rims you got out scrap yard are for Narrow body

Yeah but the offset for AWD wheels is different, if you run regular narrow wheels on an AWD the wheels will poke out. These wheels were flush on that charger but when I fit them up on this they poke out a lot. I’ll be posting some fitment pics in the community tab🤙

So from what I understand the doors CAN have ballistic panels and very very few have the "ballistic armor" option for the windows, from what I can find its a very small percentage. Supposedly if you remove the inner door panel you can inspect and see if the armor is still intact. Everything I've found talks about 2015 and up models only and not all of the fleets sprung the extra $$. If anyone has anything to prove otherwise plz share!

I’ve been assigned 5 chargers, not one had bullet resistant glass… please verify that so you don’t get injured in some way… might have been unfitted after purchase, most agencies don’t care enough to do that though

@@gliderider7077 Yeah I did hear that it isn’t a common thing to have them! I saw that the glass has a special imprint on them so with that and the sheer weight I have no doubt these are ballistics. Is there any way to know for a certainty though?

@@Atlanticbeachcustoms you can remover the inner door panels, there would be Kevlar lining inside them against the outer door skins …if you can measure the thickness of the glass to compare, however 3M does make a coating that helps keep the glass from “exploding” when hit by a round. It’ll be obvious if it is coated it’ll look like a clear thick film

A lot of prep work on those wheels you got unless you are farming them out. They look like an easy days work just to get them stripped and the scrapes finished. Another day to powder coat? Are you painting? Something that doesn't chip easily. .Time is $$$$$$, if you have down time waiting for parts get on the gloves, face mask and don't forget lunch.

7:53 that looks like an inside job. Someone at the auction yard did that hoping to pick it up for a cheap price. That’s the coolant temp sensor. Without it, you’d have a check engine light, and your car would run hot, making people think there was major engine issues.
