Dude I tried one of those at ktm's demo days a few years ago. It was such a blast, so freakin light and geared low, so it actually had some lug to it in the slow tight stuff. Your always on the shifter to keep it in the meat but super fun bike. some jetting gearing and power valve adjustments you'll get er dialed.

Could not have said it better myself Curtis. 2nd can sometimes feel too high strung while 3rd doesn't always have the ass. I'm going to do exactly that, adjust power valve so it hits a little lower and I'm looking at an RK Tek Head insert that's cheap and supposed to give you better bottom. Aside from that maybe a set of reeds. Looking forward to getting er dialed. Take care and stay safe bud!

How fast they go? Thinking about getting one, I’m not really worried about top speed but it says they only have 20hp do they rip or nah

What year did the 150 xc-w add the trip indicator?

I’m not positive but I always thought it was standard on the xcw bikes. I had a 2011 200 xcw and it came from the factory with it even then.

Does this bike rip good or nah?

Rips great. The places it struggles is really muddy races where you want that low end lug power or where there’s constant elevation change which makes you shift all the time. But it’s extremely light and nimble which makes it a blast in the tight stuff

@@DirtRoadLife1 great I am a small rider I am coming off of a crf150r and I am going to get the 150xcw. I am just worried about the power because online it says 150r has 23hp and for the 150xcw it just says over 20hp how fast would u say it goes just on roads?

@@mxallday1301 on roads it will go 70+. I’m 160# and 5’7” so I’m a smaller rider too. I find myself using the clutch more than I’d wish to in some cases like sudden uphills and super tight stuff but I feel like I have great control over the bike being it doesn’t have crazy power. Very ridable
