I suspect that the copper connectors on the RAM were oxidized, so after cleaning them, everything would work fine.

your not wrong and why is that, i mean about the dust mostly sticking to the underside of fans part. Nice little budget pc, GTX1060 used to be number 1 on the most used gpu list on steam now its RTX3060.
