Most of the front pillars will pull back and replace the front panels, there is a polish man on KZbin who works for a commercial body shop, they might have some parts,

I've seen this damage before if the chassis is bent it's has to be totally striped to bare rails then the cab needs replacing it's absolutely thousands take body of and sell the rest for what you can

Best thing you can do is put it back into auction or cut it up and try and get some of your money back , that’s toast not a repair you can do in the corner of a yard on a shoe string your looking at 30 grand to fix probably, that’s what it was write off in the beginning low mileage late trucks don’t end up at co part for cheap easy fixes, I wish you the best of luck with it what ever you chose to do .
