@@ChrisAlia And dont even worry about not getting the CT the next couple years. Better technologies/options will come out by the time you get your hands on one. My buddy got his Plaid in 2021. I got my model S 6 months ago and have better parts and options on mine and I got it for less than $90k with upgraded options.

Like just about everyone who saw the Cybertruck when it was launched back in 2019, I (via KZbin) was simply slack jawed when it appeared. I didn’t know what to think. 24 hours later, it grew on me.😅

You gonna get in line to get one in two years probably. There's 2 million pre-orders and if half of those take it's gonna be couple years at their suggested peak ramp rate of 250K a year. Yea, it's gonna be a few years for new orders. That said it's great that you said it looks "ten times better" in person, when so often concept transitions to real product turn into duds. It's the safest truck ever made (trucks have horrific safety standards) and is the one vehicle I'd turn to in a zombie apocalypse.

@@ChrisAlia Btw in a zombie apocalypse, eventually we'd run out of gas, ie. unsustainable. With an EV make sure you buy a big set of them portable solar panels which you can charge 15-30 miles a day, if you don't have solar on your home. It's not like in TWD where gas never spoils lol, as gas has a shelf life of like 3-6 months.

After the price released I think that number has decreased to 500k-1M people. RWD option won’t be available until 2025, AWD starts at $80K which is a lot more than was originally promised, and for the CyberBeast I don’t know how many people want to drop 6 Figures on a car. So I’m trying to squeeze in and get the CyberBeast or AWD. Just need to test drive to see if it’s something I’ll daily. If not I’ll go Y or X.

Check the prices. $60k-$100k and I’m not going for the base. But the Hummer EV goes hard, I used to want a Hummer when I was younger. But most of these other EVs lack the supercharging network, which is a big downside.

@@ChrisAlia the cyber only has 300 miles range while thrhummer EV gets 350. Higher payload towing, more range, better off roading, and a million times better looking. From what I see in order to get the tri motor, faster version then the hummer u have to get the 100k beast mode. So yea i guess they all have different levels. I still can't imagine not having an engine I got a tuned m4 rn and being able to make everyone's head turn when I'm gassing it is like nothing else. You'll definitely get looks in that cybertruck tho, maybe for wrong reasons 😂
