Is 'Blue Card' considered as permanent residency (PR) while seeking loan..? I heard anything above one year is permanent residence. Kindly can you clarify if you are aware.

Blue Card is again a resident permit and not a settlement permit. If you have one, you are eligible to get a PR status after 21 months from the date of obtaining your Blue Card provided if you can show B1 level of German. Hope that answered your question 😊

Also the cost of the house is based on the type of house, design of the house and the builder too. There can be row house, doppel and single houses available. There are premium builders who asks way higher than the market price. The construction type like wooden, massive and the inner design design all matters.
