I love your channel, Brother, because it's not flashy and too 'Pro' or slick, it's very real and authentic. I can relate to you as a regular person.. regular, but adventurous for sure! Please keep it real like this, love how you show things the way they are, your optimism, everything. Thanks for your videos 🙏🙏🙏👍

Yes.. that’s right. All the paperwork and transactions were done in my wife’s name. This is something I have no concerns over as she is the Boss. Ha ha

Even a vietnamese like me, I also see the house has unsual, ugly construction style😅 . The tiles are also ugly and not integrated

I'm quite surprised by how expensive the places are.
@adventuresinvietnam2 жыл бұрын
The cost of land is skyrocketing in this area. People are buying up property in a frenzy after economic projections for GiaLai were released. The area is sparsely populated with large swathes of arable land and has a great climate. When are you visiting?

@@adventuresinvietnam I'll have to add it to the list. My bro is in Thailand at the moment. He's been there for the last couple of years.

Looks a nice house, like something you see on "homes under the hammer" house with bug potential. Do you know how much would It cost to build a house from scratch? My wife's cousins has a Japanese husband and paid for a house to be built in their village in Thailand he told me it cost about the equivalent of 15k uk pounds all in to have it built decorated, electrics, water and appliances he has bought fitted. (I'm not sure if it is entirely true the price maybe got lost in translation 😂)

Also all the MILFS are out 😂😂😂😂😂
@adventuresinvietnam2 жыл бұрын
Yea. It’s a massive space to play with and has plenty potential. The cost to build equivalent now is about 30 grand as the concrete construction and quality of the build is quite high. So with that in mind the 15k in rural Thailand sounds about right for a small house.

@tu suong well, there are risks in all avenues of life. I’ll be 6 foot under in 50 years time. My kids can fight that battle and I’ll equip them as best I can to cope with such events.

@keithhogg1963 Жыл бұрын
So about $50,000.00 + another $50,000.00 to completely renovate. That’s not bad😊

Why buy a house when you can only have a visa for 90 days at a time?

TRC is 5 years for those married or with business in the country.

@@adventuresinvietnam how difficult is it to renew every 5 years? Not trolling, just looking at options
@adventuresinvietnamАй бұрын
@@mrlongbone2667 if you are married then no issues on renewing. It’s just a matter if paperwork. Living in Vietnam is liberating and I can’t emphasize this enough. Living mortgage free, with low costs in a high trust society is a recipe for happiness.
