100k for the land alone is out of reach for most and likely insane building restrictions and/or HOA with minimum SQFT requirements. Laughable clickbait video.

Thank you for watching and the comment. I do appreciate it. Actually, getting a 100K land loan is pretty easy. The income requirements are simple enough. If you buy land you won't have any HOA's and most states require the house to be a minimum of 120 Sq ft to get utilities. So a 800 Sq ft pre built would work.

Buying land you most likely won't have city utilities outside of electricity. You will need to budget an additional 20k -40k for well, septic, and an electrician to install a meter post and hook up electric
