Jigs can be deadly man. I like throwing a weedless jig with a trailer. And I've had great luck slow dragging it across the bottom. You can feel all the structure too!

This past summer I killed it on jigs. Practice skipping for the summer to get under cover. I normally pop it twice, let it drop repeat, or drag and stop.

It’s been so tough to do any fishing with all the ponds frozen over so I was definitely happy to get on the crappie in the spillway! Are your ponds frozen too?

@@Orange22Fishing 😢 As of the last week or so yep it's been like 9 degrees at night and under 20 they are solid may not be melted until spring time now. I do have 2 trips that I have to upload still though from before we got the deep freeze!

@@PHFishingBiking Same here. Me and matty might take a trip out to western Maryland where the ice is really thick to try and catch some pike and walleye and perch through the ice. But we have no idea what we’re doing when it comes to ice fishing 😂
