As someone who advocates for animals receiving the correct care I’d advise you to do proper research which it seems like you have a good start! There are some knowledgeable hamster KZbinrs such as Victoria Raechel. Did you consider that this hamster should be getting checked yearly at the vets? No matter how small the animal they can get sick and also seeing that this one came from a pet store I’d strongly advise getting a checkup just to make sure this one is healthy.

pleaseeeeee get the right cage and bedding hamsters need LOTS of bedding. when you switch the hamster please make it so its not stressful for the hamster. they need lots of things to chew on for their teeth. ❤❤❤ u guys will be amazing parents
