Buying a Peugeot 504 Coupé in Paris

I bought this Peugeot 504 Coupé Ti Automatique in 2013. The seller was a nice antique dealer in Paris. I asked him to tell the history of the car in front of my camera. Buying a used car with more than 30 years of age, you need to know at least some fragments about the car's past. Of course, I knew that he would not tell me everything. And so there was enough left to be discovered over the time...But that's part of the game when you buy an oldtimer.

J' ai possédé deux coupés 504 : un V6 carbu de 77 et un 2 Litres "gros compteurs" de 1982. C'est une voiture terriblement attachante: dommage que Peugeot, contrairement aux constructeurs allemands, ne fournisse guère de pièces détachées, en particulier tout ce qui concerne la carrosserie. C' est donc un problème pour entretenir ces véhicules...
