Thanks for a useful video. On 15th March 2024 Personal were unable to sell me a travel sim as their system for recording passport details is not working. They have no idea when it will be fixed. Bought a Claro Sim from a Claro store with 25 Gb valid for 30 days for AR$10,000. Works well and seems to support tethering.

I bough Claro at kiosk and it does not work :D I spend almost 2 hours in that kiosk and sim card still does nit work. In app of Claro looks everything is ok. Any one has same experience?

I bought a Claro SIM for my Argentina trip last year, but on my return this year I discovered that it had expired -- presumably as it hadn't been used for so long. I bought a new SIM, but do you know how frequently I must top it up to ensure it too doesn't expire before my next visit? Every month? 3 months? 6 months? Thanks.

It‘s honestly so annoying that you have to got to an internet provider‘s store in order to activate the chip. They will sell it to you at any kiosk but without an Argentine ID you can’t use it.
