One easy way to tell the difference between a Model T and a Model A is the Model T has wooden spokes, and Model A has metal spokes. Great video.
@arisaka99634 жыл бұрын
The last two years of Model T production, 1926-27 had metal spoke wheels. You are correct in that all prior years Model Ts had wood spoke wheels.
@louisglen16534 жыл бұрын
@@arisaka9963 Interesting thanks! I do seem to recall a neighbour with a 27 Ford that had wooden spokes... however that is going back over 50 years, so my memory could be off or perhaps metal spokes were an option for 26-27. Are you able to enlighten me? Thanks!
@arisaka99634 жыл бұрын
Louis Glen Wire wheels were optional in 1926, and were standard on closed cars in 1927. But like all things Model T, there are exceptions. I think that Ford made changes whenever they ran out of the old style parts. Changes were not always associated with a particular model year.

Nice to see the dogs, and birds - and have a look around your section. Good the way you helped your dog get out of the ice without risking yourself. How come a skid steer with the demo bucket is belter than an excavator in demolishing buildings.

I bought a brand new Toro self propelled mower and it's the best money I have ever spent. It's the kind with the variable speed that senses how fast you're walking and matches it. It came with no oil in the motor, like all mowers do. So I put in the oil and was just going to pull the rope slowly a few times just to get oil on all the internal parts. The first time I pulled it, very slowly, the damn thing started! Scared me silly. I have never had a motor start that easily. And it was the first time it had ever been run. It cuts so well and effortless. Pulling the blade off to sharpen is a breeze. I keep a spare blade ready to go so it only takes two minutes to do. Anything Toro is worth the extra money

Andrew, most all outdoor power equipment use 1/4 hose fuel line.Try not to use worm clamps because they tear into the hose and cause the hose to seep under the clamp. That clamp you held up to the camera works best with the 1/4 hose.
