Thank you for the review. I realized after seeing your ending that I could have just gotten an MP3 player in the $20 range, since I'm just playing a noise track all night so that I am desensitized to wakeful noises. But it's not worth the time to switch. I've set "Auto off" to "off" in hopes that it doesn't time out after 30 minutes, testing it now. The manual refers to both Volume and Volume Limit, and it isn't clear what the two are nor where they are set. I also found that the touchscreen makes it very easy to inadvertently touch the controls, in contrast to my decade-old MP3 player that uses a membrane key console.

Not sure what this one cost you, but there are so many still being made today. They range from 50.00 to 3000.00. Yes that is correct, 3 grand for a DAP. The mid level on up are touch screen and most are running a stripped down version of Android. They are basically a phone without the phone part. Look at Fiio, Shanling, iBasso, Cowon, Cayin, Hiby, Astell & Kern, and Xduoo. You will be surprised at what is out there and what they offer for features and sound quality.

Does anyone know how to turn off the internal speaker? Multiple times I've had the music start playing through the internal speaker, which sounds like crap! I've read the entire manual and nowhere does it mention how to turn this off. Ugh!

I can’t figure out how to import premade playlists from my laptop for the life of me! Any advice? I’ve tried windows media player, basic folder dragging, and iTunes 🤦🏻‍♀️

Figure it out. That's how I would do it. If you can't, read the InSTrucTioN MaNuaL.

Had this device for some time and it was good while it worked. Just recently today it just won't turn on even after leaving it on/off charge for a while. Sucks how I spent 40-50 dollars on this thing just for it to get messed up within a year of using.

I find mine very useful to listen to my music catalog whilst on a flight, and I do not want to drain my phone battery. I use wired headphones with it.
