Iam a Ghanaian and i also eat exact way as togolese because we share the same culture with togo , Cote D'Ivoire and benin as u correctly said. It much healthier than cooking the stew in oil. U get every bit of the nutrients in that food

Eating vegetables raw is the best, the nutrients are more conserved and not heat destroyed by long cooking. This is actually the best way to eat veggies. It full of health benefits.

Question please : sister why roasting the tomatoes?
@user-xx9up2xl7o6 ай бұрын
Because roasted tomatoes give a sweet flavor because they are grilled on embers
@Amegan-hg8bc6 ай бұрын
Like that no need to grind it anymore, just exquisite then you are good to go
@gollicharles6 ай бұрын
Simple answer: to soften the tomato and remove the skin more easily.

Your budget and calcution is flawed, that meal is way beyond 1 dollar, you did not add the price of the corn flour and gari. Those are the main ingredient!

@soulcool83496 ай бұрын
Unless that you use your own grown ingredients $1 ain’t going to do it for real
