Since this video has been getting traffic lately, I would just like to make note that this years ticketing will be different. Ticketmaster has upped their game when it comes to cracking down on bots/scalpers so they now require you to enter your phone number when youre getting tickets. They also no longer accept calling for tickets too :( If you plan to do membership presale or general presale, they will be providing you with access to the ticketing page via a presale code. I wouldnt recommend using multiple devices or multiple accounts for that since they will know that the presale code they gave you is being used multiple times and it'll look suspicious and you run the high risk of getting blocked or kicked out. Anyways, good luck to everyone, I hope we all manage to get tickets!!

I got so fustrated when you guys would click for tickets and it would say "error" or "these tickets are not available!! Also! lmao i’m so glad you could experience the same emotions as us 😭 i’ve read everywhere ppl saying to use safari or chrome so we used chrome trying for metlife and well, you saw how that went. firefox always loaded quicker for us for some reason, for rose bowl and last years tour both had the instant load of the walking man! aw thank you so much, i wish you the best of luck getting tickets tomorrow 🍀

Do you open ticketmaster and the waiting page (the page where it tell you how much time it's left) pops up or what i don't understand???

so when you go on the bts ticketmaster page, click on the venue and date you’re interested in going to. there should be a countdown to when tickets go on sale. usually 15-20min before tickets go on sale you refresh the page and it’ll have a button that says “join the prequeue” like what’s shown at 0:57 once you’ve joined pre-queue the page will automatically refresh and do the whole walking man thing once ticket sales start. presale will be a different story where i’m sure the only step needed will be to enter the presale code if they email you one.

there’s going to be 3 chances to get tickets! membership presale, general presale, then just general ticketing :) even if you don’t have a membership you can register for general presale and have a shot at getting a presale code. general ticketing is the normal date where tickets are open to the public so for those that weren’t lucky enough to receive a presale code they still have a shot at getting tickets. hope that helps!

Taehyung's Hoodie hi there! please refer to my pinned comment to help answer your first question :) as for the second question if youre referring to the actual concert it really depends. if you’re normal floor i suggest going 2hrs beforehand and general seating them 1hr. soundcheck/vip my friend and i lined up at around 6-7am... but regardless, my friend and i go like 7-10hrs early to line up for bts studio and all the other extra booths going on around! so it really depends on what you’re down for or what’s open for you do to!

Daicita hi there, everyone will be buying tickets to whichever stadium and whatever day they want to go to, you’ll get to choose. i believe you’ll just need to enter the presale code in order to join the ticketing queue once you choose the specific concert date you want to buy tickets to. tickets will be sold at 3pm using to that stadiums timezone, so if you’re traveling please keep that in mind! Abigail Franco you just make more emails! but if you’re going to try for ticketing this year ticketmaster has upgraded their security to crack down on scalpers so they require you to enter your phone number when getting tickets. if you’re trying for presale as well id recommend just using one account and device since you’ll only be provided with one presale code and it would be suspicious to login to presale with multiple devices using the same code regardless of having a different account. it’s better not to risk getting kicked out!

when you register for presale they send you an email and it says this “On the evening of Tuesday, February 4, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve been verified and whether you’ve also been selected to participate in the presale. If you are verified and selected, you will also receive a text with your personal access code.”

Pootey you can but leave yourself logged out to prevent the site from thinking you’re a bot. i personally just created 3 accounts and logged into three devices and then left the remaining devices logged out until checkout!
