Instead of making the forced stops, I would advice you to speak slow and naturally, this would benefit the learner of the lahja much more.

Yes and also break it down when showing items, but then say the whole pronunciation afterward to hear it naturally

You probably set the new mark for "really slow" super easy ... :-). For me it was helpful for catching better differences compared to "standard" arabic. Especially the more frequent use of "i".

Please translate word-to-word. The translation paraphrases the sentences which makes understanding meaning of words difficult if you don’t already know Arabic.

I could actually follow along for the most part (I guess I did learn the alphabet after all) when she speaks slowly like that.

ATTENTION: For the Egyptian Arabic, please continue with the phonetic text like you use to do in the past, (same as Easy Mandarin has the pinyin), because most of us as subscriber can ready the Arabic script/ cannot read it fast. Thanks in advance.

I seems really difficult to speak slow. To me it is not necessary because you can slow the video speed. We need a good enunciation. 😊

A slight nitpick. I think if you're going to slow down speech, it should reflect the spoken language most. I think oftentimes in careful speech, Egyptians say "fī / fee" when they want to say "in" when this is not how it's pronounced in Egyptian, even on its own; it should always be "fe". I understand that this likely comes from the mental image of the spelling being في so it's understandable why native speakers do it but this can get confusing for learners as ""fī / fee" is how you would pronounce فيه in Egyptian, a separate word/phrase meaning "there is/are". If I wanna say "yeah, there are (some) in Egypt", I would say اه، فيه في مصر and I would pronounce it "ɑ̄h, fī fe mɑṣr" not "ɑ̄h, fī fī mɑṣr".

@@EasyArabicVideos I understand that. That's not what I'm saying though. What I'm saying is that if you're going to slow down speech, it should be to teach people how something is pronounced, not how it's spelled. The use of "fī / fee" by native Egyptians is a hypercorrection; it's not a useful way to teach the pronunciation in colloquial speech. The word في in في مكان الفلان is always pronounced "fe", the word فيه in فيه حاجة is always pronounced "fī / fee". It's just an observation I've made that can make learning the language confusing for beginners.
