A "couple of miles" to the Navajo is 20 miles! I learned that the hard way. We walked and walked to a place that was "just over there" as they waved the hand in the direction of a Butte! We didnt realize they meant the Butte. I didnt make the trip. My friend and I turned back! As a matter of fact, we were going to get some horses!!! Funny memories!!

Hi Palmer family. The friend's footage with his children was adoring. You've sure taught them all how to end a video. The trip through the Navajo reservation was amazing. You know, I'm always saying I learn something new with every video of yours I watch. I had no idea what a "hogan" was, so, as always, I did a search, then rewatched the video. I didn't see one, but I could have been looking at one and didn't even realize it. But now I know what a "hogan" is.

Awesome to see people are still interested in horses, lots of young Navajos would rather move out into the cities and forget everything about their origins. How much rope training? Can you handle or shoe them all around with no problem . Tie them without pulling back? Load em in a trailer? No buck in em? And I mean no buck at all!! I've had some N rez horses and I've seen some good ones... also alot of coyote bait. What's your price range?

I love auctions. I would definitely go there if I lived in AZ and had a farm; however, I live in IN and in town at the moment. I did buy some ISA brown laying hens, a couple years ago, at the local auction and kept them as backyard pets until I found out that the town prohibited chickens in town and that I could be fined for having them. I ended up rehoming them to a farmer in Alexandria.

Is there another way where they can keep their horses. Thats sad for them. Is there a way to get them water thats cheaper. Life is life people got to do what they have to do to live. They are nice horses.😇😇😇
@TheFarmonRoute66
@TheFarmonRoute66 3 жыл бұрын
we agree it is sad...but right now they have to hall the water and it takes so much time and extra money that it is hard for them. They live so spread out! hopefully someday that could change. They are beautiful horses for sure!
