My buy in the north of woodridge within last 4-5 months sub 470k. Block size over 800 square metres. Great side access and granny flat potential. 22 kms from cbd. 3 bed 1 bath 2 car + bonus full fit out downstairs in q queenslander similar to your buy. Ive done 40k reno and worth high 560-580k currently. 500m in 3 different directions the average household is worth 750-800k just by crossing 1 of 3 highways.

@@Sid0419 22 kms from cbd will do the trick eventually same as slacks creak. 500m in all directions property prices are 200k+ more. Will allows revert back to the average of the suburbs around.

There are plenty of solid, brick houses available in Hervey Bay for around 500k. Close to the ocean and in an area with massive growth in terms of population, infrastructure and amenities.

I'm not sure 600K in Logan is a bargain. These sorts of properties were 130 to 150K 25 years ago! Wages definitely haven't kept up.

I am after a new land to custom build a house....which suburb has more growth prospect south Ripley or Yarrabilba? Would prefer a community feel like Springfield lakes/Spring Mountain

I'm always mystified why granny flats are so expensive to build? A basic granny flat of 60 to 75m is not far off the price of a 180m spec home.

Yeah tiny homes / granny flats have all become very expensive as they've become more mainstream

Hey brother. Looking at your videos for over a year now. You’re pretty good at what you do. No doubts in yourself at all unlike that PK Gupta lad. Serous doubts in his work. Good on you for staying honest with suburbs and looking at the stats. We have 5 investments across 2 states and haven’t used a buyers agent yet but if we were to use one prior to the olympics, you’d be it. Cheers

Interesting. Although I would say PK has been reasonably accurate in his predictions. As as Ravi Sharma. Now I haven't had any personal dealings with PK or done the course.
