This is an eye-opening come to see, explore and investment guide. Those houses are made of solid cement blocks and concrete. So the value for money is mind-boggling compared to U.S style homes. So, if you want a Family Home... Africa is Home..

Make sure before u buy any land in Africa to have it notarized by the right authorities. There are a loy of forged real estate documents and as a Senegalese i hate to see someone go invest in my country and get taken to the cleaners . Hire a lawyer , get help from ppl u know and trust there and always pay in checks for big transactions...
