Make sure before u buy any land in Africa to have it notarized by the right authorities. There are a loy of forged real estate documents and as a Senegalese i hate to see someone go invest in my country and get taken to the cleaners . Hire a lawyer , get help from ppl u know and trust there and always pay in checks for big transactions...

I think before you buy those those lands you should wait for the call of the Most High cos you know many African politics are sending African lands to China or Multinationaly and when they do that to your owne land you have nothing to do. They are doing that in Kenya and to many country in Afrika.
