I remember binge-watching your videos during the COVID lockdown when we decided to visit Thailand in 2021 from Kelowna, Canada. It was such a pleasant surprise meeting you two at Coconut Monkey on Koh Tao shortly after dining at The Fish Restaurant in Koh Samui (from your suggestion). Congrats on the land purchase here on Samui! I've been considering the same. Definitely make sure you build it as tall as you're allowed. I've seen so many villas go up on Samui with beautiful sea views or mountain views to have it completely blocked when the new neighbor builds their taller home.
