Aww I’m sorry to hear that. Sounds like you need to prove to your mom that you can take care of a pet :) start by offering to do chores for your mom and helping her then ask her for your own pet :)

I wasn’t allowed any pets for a long time too! Got my first pets, two parakeets, about 4 years ago. I don’t have them anymore however (neighbor’s cat let em out unfortunately) then I got some fish and a hamster so now I’m trying to convince my parents for a mini Aussie! It’s going very well! They’re giving in, so if I did, you can too!

What do you do for a living? I’m envious of your life. This is my ultimate goal; to own several herding breed dogs and a couple horses. Almost done with my degree in biology but a well paying job seems so far away.

I own my own company, I have a feed store and western store that I run. I get paid well but I am by no means rich lol I sacrifice on things like going on vacation and other nice things to have animals. That's basically how I do it lol Super rewarding so those other things don't bother me much :)

Yes the food okey but dogs touch a lot of toys and she bought just 3 🤦🏻‍♀️
