TWO MAJOR Items Needed For Your New Home. 1. Throw rugs 2. Those 2" deep canvas art that double as sound deadening. Its relatively new for recording studios ect that require an artistic way to hide sound dampening panels. Will dramatically help with homes acoustics without having to over clutter. That tap above the stove is generally referred too as a pot filler, it's you don't need to carry a pot of water from the sink to the stove. TJ. I know you didn't show where the shop will be but from the view down below I'd make a 2 story garage in the back yard. You can have it butt up against the current paver driveway and into the hill side. Then build off the current concrete driveway down to the main shop at the bottom. Just an idea. ✌

it's a warming oven,(i mean you could cook at high temp too fs) so you can be cooking at say, 425f in the big oven, put keep food hot in the smaller oven at 250f when catering to a large group of people. you could also proof bread and such. or if something needs to cook at 350f, while other stuff needs to cooks at 425f. makes life super easy. i also love the pot filler water spout above the stove for cooking pasta or soup or whatever so you don't have to lift the pot full of liquid. plus that six burmer gas range with the commercial style flattop griddle. that's a dream kitchen right there. absulutly beautiful.
