you described something similar to what i had growing up. i remember my moms or my older brothers who had to share bedrooms always being where the dining room should be. i always shared one with my little brother. we didnt even have mattresses most of the time, and we (the kids) slept on the floor for years. i want to make sure my future children grow up nothing like i had to, and anyone who shames you for wanting better is probably doing nothing with their lives anyway.

I totally agree with you 7:58 - 8:11 Everything should have a "home" and organized. That's how our home is clean, organized, and a home that we enjoy . Your home isn't a basement it's called Lower Level . Just like my home it's a lower level , it's where our media rooms , bedroom ,etc. That's exactly what I do, fall asleep, because it's comfortable.

Moment Designs did an outstanding job with this house! The floor to ceiling windows, inset cabinetry and all the fine details are outstanding! Love the crashing peaks mixed with the flat roofs. The Dark style siding is a great touch when you are looking for the bright inside! To asweser your question of would you like to stay at the house sure, but I would love to see it in person!

While at a different scale, I've bought everything i own myself and I'm proud of it. I also come from a poor family where my parents didn't even have a car for many years and without a regular job, so I'm making sure I help them where I can now that I'm able too. Most important lesson I learned was to never forget where I came from and take care of people who took care of me and gave me almost all they had to make me happy.
