The house is nice but the utility will go very high.Underfloor heating consumes lots of electricity .My previous house we had under floor heating and now the new house we got gas and the bill for heating is very less.It’s just an advice so don’t mistake.l am living in this country for more than 35 years.God bless.

We say it's the Drawing Room. For heavy Indian cooking, open concept kitchen is not advisable as smell wafts thru unless there's a sliding glass door. Although the roof is sloping and slanted, the ceiling is quite high.
