CAn you recommend a realtor for locating rental property or is Airbnb ok? Looking to come over February 4th to July 30th.

Puerto Vallarta is a place that at least once in a lifetime must visit. It is a majestic place with spectacular landscapes, with blue skies all the time and beautiful beaches.

Hi.. can you recommend a good realtor to PV? Thank you 😊

I would recommend Taniel Chemsian - tanielchemsian.com. I have done several videos with him on this channel -- all focused on PV.

PV houses are now relatively expensive? Not many retirees can afford to keep their current home in the US, buy two houses in PV and then renovate them?
@cashonly61173 жыл бұрын
Love Puerto Vallarta but I sure don't want to be house rich with nothing left to spend. Much harder to find cheaper, older homes now.
@bewellstaywellnetwork3 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is true. These 2 house buying experiences were completely different as our first purchase was from a house that belonged to a local where it was a fab location but super rustic. Our neighbors a few houses down purchased an old house that was a local one and tore it down and rebuilt. It is not for everybody and agree that renting is still a fantastic option.

@@bewellstaywellnetwork We almost bought out in Mismaloya a few years ago but my husband got cold feet. 😪 It was a 6 apartment building. I was so in love with it, location and all. The inside was sooo amazing, rooftop pool and patio with the view. Can't find that for the price it was in 2015. I still can't get over it, heartbroken.

So if your not in a controlled environment like condo, don’t bring small electric appliances? Blender, instapot, etc..
@bewellstaywellnetwork3 жыл бұрын
We have small kitchen appliances and things that are frequently used will probably fare better. I have my Vitamix down in PV.

So how much were these 2 houses? Not all of us are from the San Francisco Bay area and can afford to buy 1 let alone 2 houses in Puerto Vallarta for all cash. This couple must be Silicon Valley money or doctors.

I've lived in Mexico for many years and I couldn't stand living in such a hot, humid place like Puerto Vallarta. I don't care how great the view is because I don't think paying $200,000 cash or more for a small condo is worth it. You need air conditioning there almost year round so unless you love the hot, sticky uncomfortable year round weather there I would skip Vallarta. I love sitting in an outdoor cafe and I won't do it if I'm just sitting there sweating into my coffee.

Para algunos PV es un infierno y para otros es un paraiso, todo tiene que ver con la diversidad de gustos. Cada cabeza es como un mundo pequeño. 🤔🙄🤑😌

Buying a house in this market will turn out to be a huge regret for the vast majority of purchasers. They will look back 10 years from now and say why? There will be very few exceptions. I’m 66, I know how this movie ends

PV is way too touristy and overpriced big time. Its all the wealthy gringos that have bought places there and charge outrageous rental prices. Its the same in San Miguel de Allende but at least San Miguel has much better cooler weather. Puerto Vallarta is not real Mexico just like Cancun isn't authentic Mexico.
@ruolov13 жыл бұрын
What parts of Mexico have more culture and not overpriced? What locations do you like in Mexico? Safe and local communities?
@Resmith18SR3 жыл бұрын
@@ruolov1 Puerto Vallarta is way overpriced and so full of tourist crap that it is in no way representative of real Mexico. Americans and Canadians love it there because it reminds them of where they come from.
