They hardly ever do and it’s annoying as hell. They want you to go to their business website to real you in and are basically using You Tube as free advertising. Just my opinion

Thank you for the heads up so I don’t waste my time watching. They may use that tactic for advertising but it’s a horrible waste of time for them and us , advertise on youtube yes! BUT just say the price therefore we know if it’s even a possibility or not and I’m sure that would alleviate lots of messages to them asking the price

I live in Puerto Vallarta and let me tell you, renovation is so incredibly inexpensive down here versus the states or Canada. I know a couple of people who have purchased what could be considered real eyesores and turned them into marvelous, modern homes. .. It can be done ! And to be honest, it's the only way to get into the market down here nowadays as real estate prices have gone through the moon
