To be in a safe side, make sure you stay on top of the people doing inspections. Recently there have been some scary stories about new construction. also, your taxes might go up or change after a year once the town assesses your property value so keep that in mind.

oh for sure, am actually getting our own 3rd party inspection. and yeah not too excited about the mortgage going up cause of taxes.. on top of everything else. just remind myself how much money/ maintenance we’re saving by not getting a pool 😂 Ty for the heads up

Like @urbanizeddreams said, the 3 car garage is a dream for sure. I am actually really blessed to have a 2 car now, My first house was just a 1 and it sucked so I feel for this guy. But regardless of garage, that house looks really nice! Love your cars too, those are like some of my absolute favorites. Keep up with the good content man!

Since most of us watching are car guys most likely, the 3 car garage is the selling point haha. My dream is a 3 car garage. Living in Toronto, Canada, I only have 1 garage since houses with 2-3 car garages are $2 Million dollars+ CDN here.

that is incredibly difficult 😓 i seen a few things how Canada esp the bigger cities are nearly impossible to buy a home in. I complain a lot with how boring the scenery and roads are out here so it’s definitely a trade off as a car person. that STI you have seems perfect for doing it all 💪🏼

yup its messed up here people dont realize in the states at least they have opportunity to buy you can move a hour away and still afford a home... around Toronto even 4 hours around Toronto stuff is still unaffordable even for someone making 100k a year

what do you like better, the s2000 or nismo? i have a 2008 350z with only 36k miles on it. its in mint condition, but always toss with the idea of selling it for an s2000

dang that’s tough and would make a great video 😂 livability you might be better off with the Z, plus a mint 350z with low miles has a huge potential to become a future collectors. but for driving I actually crave the s2000 more even though it’s slower. It’s so weird

@@onsite_nate ive driven a couple s2000's specifically ap1's, and you are right, unless you live in the powerband vtec it is slow. i got out of them saying to myself, i find it hard to spend $20-25k on it. the 350 is great, especially the HR version. its a pleasure to drive on the highway, but that clutch sucks city driving and traffic. my only really complaint about it. i watch your videos and think maybe i should just buy an auto 370 nismo too lol

dang you even got the HR? those esp will be so hard to come across as time goes. and yeah it really depends, as a second car it’s so difficult for me with the s2000, I’m skinny and 5’9” and feel cramped 😂 but they’re so sought after. I also felt miserable with the 350 clutch too it’s basically a mustang! 370 has always been that sweet spot that’s why I came back, the value is too good. just know if you get auto everyone will think less of you 😂 it’s wild
