Did you get a model release from everyone appearing in the video? If not, you can easily be sued. You can't use someone's likeness for a commercial purpose without their permission. You can also be sued under right to privacy laws. Are some of these folk form the EU? The EU has a lot more strict laws on such matters. These people not objecting to your filming, assuming they even knew you were doing it, is not getting their permission. Can you afford to pay a lawyer hundreds of dollars an hour for a ongoing court case? Just because you see other people so the same does not mean its o.k. since all of them can also be sued.
