For future reference. Don't toss the fabric, yarn, and sewing stuff. Throw it all in a box or tote and put it on marketplace for $25. My girlfriend is a quilter, crafter, scrapbook. She is always buying material and other assorted stuff off marketplace. It's kind of like a guy who buys a part for a car he doesn't own because it's a great deal, and he'll use it on something later or resell or trade it.

A skein of yarn is an easy $2 insta-sell. And unlike some items, no matter how many skeins you have, you can always get a minimum of $2. Might not sound like much, but it's basically cash in hand -- throw them in a box until you're ready to cash out; easy to store.

My father started a construction business in the early 90’s that my brother and I eventually took over in 2010 and he had bought so many tools and equipment that he had 11 massive storage units completely filled with 20 of every single tool in the world!! We decided to keep them and use them to start a Habitat for Humanity branch in our community, which ended up making us spend a lot of time around that storage facility and purchasing several auctioned units that were extremely profitable to the point where we started a whole business around storage auctions and estate sale auctions and since 2016 that endeavor has become as profitable as the massive construction business is because we only have 6 employees and one clerk and use my restored barn as the storefront and office! Now I will say that most of the profit is in online Estate sales and property auctions and not just storage units but I have bought a unit that had a 1970 Camaro in it and also found $100K gun collection in a unit!

For gold is tried in the fire, and acceptable men in the furnace of adversity. Believe in Him, and He will help thee; order thy way aright, and trust in Him. Ye that revere YHUH, wait for His mercy; and go not aside, lest ye fall. Ye that revere YHUH, believe him; and your reward shall not fail. Ye that revere YHUH, hope for good, and for everlasting joy and mercy. Look at the generations of old, and see; did ever any trust in YHUH, and was confounded? or did any abide in His revereance, and was forsaken? or whom did He ever despise, that called upon Him? For YHUH is full of compassion and mercy, longsuffering, and very pitiful, and forgiveth sins, and saveth in time of affliction. Woe be to fearful hearts, and faint hands, and the sinner that goeth two ways! Woe unto him that is fainthearted! for he believeth not; therefore shall he not be defended. Woe unto you that have lost patience! and what will ye do when YHUH shall visit you? They that revere YHUH will not disobey His Word; and they that love Him will keep His ways. They that revere YHUH will seek that which is well, pleasing unto Him; and they that love Him shall be filled with the Law. The several Dens of our Pack collectively brought in 7 bicycles and helmets for me to take to the Toys For Tots center. All the guys at the center called me that year's hero. I lost a storage unit once. I had gone to a rehab facility. Day after I came home, I went to the storage place with money in hand to pay it up. They wouldn't take mey money because the unit was already listed for auction. My sister went to auction and was out bid on the unit by a friend of the facility owner. We saw him hand that man some money back. Pretty sure he knew that was my sister and didn't want her to get it. Idk, it was a weird situation. As for me, I've been clean for almost 8 years now. To this day, I still think about things that were in that unit. It was everything I owned at the time.
@Sercer2517 күн бұрын
Storage units are kind of famous for that. Sometimes they 'have an error' with their payment system and you get registered as having not paid and they wont inform you. Well, the total would have been much higher, I believe, if you were buying for resale instead of video content. No knocking your methods at all. A serious reseller would have picked those units clean of any and all resellable items. Still a good watch and Hans got to break some stuff and annoy The Wizard.

Keep to work u do. For 1 you dont have 2k into them all fuel, labor and dump fees are part of buy. Nothing is trash until it run through a fleamarket. Used Clothes $1-5 a piece everything sells at market if not at end of day give it away free to have less dump fees. As someone whos been buying units for last 9 yrs I seen 6-7k in those units easily.

@wizarddragon27 күн бұрын
a lot of things they threw away were worth money. The problem is that they had no plan of what to do with such items and rather than doing research to maximize profit they disreaded it. That begs the question of why buy storages in the first place. Most people who buy storages have a means of knowing what they buy.
@NightfurySkrill_Joel19 күн бұрын
@@wizarddragon 500+ worth of profit was thrown away in that rock alone, not to mention the 1k+ worth of profit they sent to the dump. Why the hell is he trying this? It's not like he has any idea what he is doing. He knows how to do many things and that mean he should know better then to go outside his comfort zone because he losses profit etc even veiws, this is his lively hood now and he isn't caring about risking it. Even a 10k drop in veiws/ subscribers etc can fuck him over heavily because that could be the straw that breaks the camels back.

I did ask such organizations as my das died. He had nearly new stuff I couldn't sell quickly and did ask for people to get it just for the pickup without any payments and asked organisations to them to pick it up for free. The response was "we can come in 6 months". So basically to not pay rent for nothing I had to throw all away! New furniture, custom made tables nearly new refrigerators and so on.
