Most rich people stay rich by spending like the poor and investing without stopping then most poor people stay poor by spending like the rich yet not investing like the rich but impressing them. People prefer to spend money on liabilities, Rather than investing in assets and be very profitable

The 1st half content has great educational value, but to say property investment is a "must" is preposterous. What nobody talks about is the total cost of property ownership (which is very high). Also real estate has cycles too and very long cycles! Good luck trying to time it for retirement.

There are so many others alternate investment like stocks and ETF which you all don't talk about because there's no comm for you all to earn
