It took me four years to discover that forecasting the market based on charts is pointless; you never know what will happen. I have a little over 250k i wanted to put in the markets but I don’t know what direction to head now. Any guidance in this regard would be much valued.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. Anything that "Causes You Millions" is actually a good thing if you are talking about $$$...That means that it is "giving you Millions" ...in this case it a Positive "Effect" in your Wallet, since $$$ goes into it. On the other hand "Costs you Millions..." is money you have to pay...In this case it "Affects your wallet"...since $$$ comes out of it. On another topic, can you but land and build a house if you want? 🤔...What is the average cost of a good piece of land...lets say 10m X 20m ?

@CharleneCong Allowed to own, but not allowing others to own. In my opinion governments should not let Chinese own until China gives others the same reciprocal rights. That would be more fair.
