People make mistakes and own up to it. Stockx and goat are helpful with prices. There is no perfect company. There's ups and downs, it's the economic system that creates the b.s, when you hire new authenticators, they're gonna make mistakes. I assure you his stores wouldn't exist if he sold fakes. Knowingly I already checked the yeezys I bought which were real and knew the standards for them. The same thing could be said about champs, footlocker, and other retailers when it comes to fakes. Plus there is pairs out there with defects that people will assume are fake. These days fakes are easy to tell based on the shoe like yeezy which is easy while offwhite is a little more of a challenge. You've probably been to many shops in china or spain or something to think that way. If you gone to sneakercon, fakes could've passed as reals in the same way as the stockx system would work.

GT: Walton it’s the same reason anyone buys from Stadium Goods or Flight Club. It’s the brand. It seems dumb but a lot of people who visit the US will also go to these shops and buy because it’s reputation is so big. He actually states in the video why he marks up the price. Because you’re buying from a trusted brand and you don’t have to worry about it being a fake. Fakes have been moved through both StockX and Goat...even the UN has had it I’m sure at their earlier stages but the other thing you have to remember is that if you’re buying from the UN stores then you don’t have to wait to get the shoes in hand....hell you could potentially even try them on before you buy. No online reselling site has that.
