I bought Chanel Pour Monsieur many years in Macy's New York but they stopped selling it. It's an excellent fragrance for classy men.

Oh my gosh Joseph! James would have loved to see the metal forgers. There was a show on t.v. about this and he never missed an episode, I think he was thinking of trying it out to see if he'd like it as a hobby. I viewed the list of the top, middle and bottom notes, and wow! I bet that smells incredible! I have all the essential oils listed except one. Thinking of ordering that last oil and making a batch up for myself lol. Perhaps I'll make an all over body oil with the notes and see how it comes out. That sounds like a really wonderful idea Louanne. I'll do a full review of this very soon and let you know what I think this scent smells like. I did notice that one of the very first notes is quite powerful citronella (?) although that's used in mosquito repellent!!!! Please don't buy any of that though! It disappears almost immediately and I'm not too sure how they blend these oils together. Lovely idea and now looking forward to hearing how it turns out! I love you. ❤❤❤

@@The.House.of.Joseph Yes, it's gorgeous. I used to adore the Body Shop woody sandalwood but they discontinued it some years ago. And I'm very lazy, I tend to just dab a bit of each oil on me rather than mix them, always smells just right!

Chanel bleu is also great scent. I got it for my husband for Xmas as well but the deodorant (which I use sometimes!) did you know that if you get it direct from Chanel (any product direct from the Chanel site) you get to pick a couple of freebies… and it’s gorgeously wrapped too x

I think it’s a very masculine scent, if that makes sense x see if they will send you a sample, I have loads of samples of it if you want me to send?

The lady in Boots yesterday just sprayed the EDT on a piece of paper, a la 1980's and refused to allow me to dowse myself in it, in effect forcing me to buy the bottle I did this morning! Why don't more companies do samples? It would save sooo much hassle in the long run. Btw, I thought your description of Bleu sounded perfect and I'm now considering a 2nd Chanel purchase!!! It's a lovely smell but exceptionally weak these days (I'm told it was previously better). I bought the EDP because of that. The smell is not quite so classic but it's nice and at least it lasts

It IS so much weaker than before. I thought it was my imagination to start with or the tester had possibly gone off?!! However, you do need twice as much to get the same classy result as before. And it just doesn't last like it used to. Used to last all day. 😊❤

It terrible in boots now even when you eventually get someone they have no idea about makeup or skincare boots used to be great for it the staff were on par with Debenham now its gone they don't have the competition and they just don't care to know anything about anything. I use greggs 1.95 coffee costa 3.65 rip off for coffee😂😂
