Jerry, you sir, are awesome! I've been looking into moving to Myrtle Beach and really like the idea of buying a condotel type property to start. Great place to stay while getting to know the area and deciding on where I want to plant roots there. I am a real estate broker myself in WA state and friends of mine asked me if I would get my license there and represent myself. I told them "hell no!" As a broker, I know some of the greatest value I bring to my clients is my local knowledge. This is about neighborhoods, schools, lenders, contractors, rental markets, etc.. I know I bring value to my clients with my local knowledge of the Seattle area, which is why I have been looking for a solid broker in Myrtle Beach to represent ME. I have watched a couple of your videos and know I found the right team. I will be calling your office Monday and will be flying in to Myrtle Beach later this month. I noticed only one or two videos I see where you walk us through inside a condo property but no homes on the beach or near the beach like other realtors do why is that instead we hear stories of inspiration on how to prevent pit falls and how to be successful.
