This is why I stick to Walmart and Hobby Lobby. They know what they're doing and are consistent. I don't have time for social media vendors. I work hard for my money and can't waste it.

I'm pretty sure she buys marked down candles that she gets fairly cheap, turns around and sells wax for a high price. I always had a feeling something was odd about her...wow!

There are some vendors which are good out there, which you can trust. Whatever vendors you went through make it bad on others. I'm known but not like some out there. I think many are afraid of trying other vendors which makes it bad on us smaller vendors which work from home. I have over 1,900 scents now in stock. I scent everything to the strongest, as it's how I myself would want. If you'd like to know my site, I will gladly share with you. I would never cheat any of my customers. I am happy when I can make them happy. Do hope someday you will give me a try, as would love the chance to prove other vendors are out there which try their best to please all whom buy from us.

polypropylene is the name of the bags you are supposed to use. i don't have an issue about the labels, but ziplock bags are a no-no. shame on her for not refunding the money..not good business!

I honestly do not see the problem with someone making tarts from pre-made candles and selling them. Some of these brand of candles are actually kind of pricey so I can see where someone would want to sample them in a wax tart form. If you go to Ebay you will see that this is the new trend now. I just brought some wax tarts from a lady on Ebay and she uses Bath & Body Work candles and her feedback is 100%. This does not make this lady a scammer because she sells tarts made from pre-made candles. Such a shame to bash her for something that is trending!

The difference is that, I assume, the woman selling the tarts isn't telling people that it isn't something she made herself. In general, people wouldn't buy a wax tart made from candles that are widely available and are made by some third party.

If you go to some of the Facebook groups that sell wax tarts you will see that people do buy tarts from pre-made candles especially Bath & Body Works brand because some scents are no longer available. If I knew some that had the Bath and Body Works candle Pink Petal Teacake and was selling it in the form of wax tarts I would buy them. There is nothing wrong with what she is doing if those who buy know up front know that those are pre-made candle tarts. A true scam would be not sending people what they paid for or sending unscented tarts.

Just because it's done does not make it right. If you want to personally do that in your own home, that's your business. But to sell it and make money off of something that has been melted already, that's just gross. It's even worse if you are knowingly buying them. Vendors pride themselves on making a name from the process they take to make quality wax. Mixing and blending from wax that has already gone through the process is to me disgusting. But in the end it's up to the buyer. Beware and as Angela pointed out - ask around! Word spreads quickly who reputable vendors are. Word also spreads quickly as to who are not. But even if she was able to prove all her wax is solely mixed by her, it was just so wrong for her to post personal information. If you see these postings by her, she doesn't share her personal info. I wonder why? She values her privacy? It's cruel to do that to someone else.

That sounds illegal. I'm in Canada and here a business cannot share a persons private information. The legal name for it is Pepida (spelling sorry lol) she should check into that. I would freak if that happened to me. Wonder if she is paying taxes.... Hmmm lol payback is a b*#+•
