Out of all the episodes of the buzz lightyear tv series, the gravitina episode was the one that mostly got stuck to my memory XD And after rewatching the episode few weeks ago, holy crap that episode has the most adult jokes. i really can't believe disney allowed this episode to be made! Although i don't complain, it's honestly one of my favorite episodes now after rewatching it cuz of how disney got away with too many adult innuendoes in one ep 😆

That's what I loved (and what I missed) with 80's-90's cartoons : they had a high level of humor, were full of cultural references, and could be watched by pretty much everyone, kids, teens and parents.

R3n3gad3 mostly likely he was too busy with other projects and it’s expensive hiring big celebrities for shows so that’s why most shows especially on Disney went with sound a like as it was much cheaper, look at shows like Steven Universe where they used some big names but some were too big and expensive they couldn’t use the character again or have them speak, some were meant to be permanent team members but got shafted while the celeb was working on other shows.

I'm probably in the minority but I'm glad Tim Allen didn't voice cartoon Buzz except for in the pilot movie. Patrick Warburton was good for the TV series and wish he did for the movie. It just further differentiates the Toy Story Buzz from the cartoon show Buzz
