Now *this* is Buzzbee coming back with, dare I say, a flex. From what I've heard, all this thing needs is its own custom cage, new wheels, and there's some amazing potential readily available as we're not trying to get out more power, simply better RoF. I eagerly await someone to design such a cage so we can get to really making this gem sing.

The rattling of the drum sould be a bice gimmik when you "shoot" it without darts in it... just my weard mind wandering. Anyhou, thanks again and stay save out there.

Agreed, and I enjoy a few of the new DZ ones and the Nightingale as well. The AA72 is just amazing for so many game types. I wanna mod mine eventually but it's so good stock.

i definitely agree with your assertion on the drum cycling issue. i personally still think the tomahawk 60 is a better blaster because even if it holds 12 less darts and fires semi auto, its far more reliable. in pvp rounds the 72 could be awesome but in terms of HvZ useability, ive got to give it to the tomahawk. ammo mules should consider the tomahawk an aux standard blaster imo. the rail on the tonahawk can even hold nerf attachments rather snugly so it can be made into a battle rifle with the tri-strike stock that shoots missiles.

I painted my Alpha Auto 72 drum (hand painted) and it rotates a lot less freely when you twist your wrist but still functions fine

@@TheTeepane there are but they also can still be compared imo because of both being flywheel propulsion mechs. Same as a rapidstrike and a stryfe. Both can get single shots off but the rapidstrike can be full auto, the difference being reliability of that single shot. In the case of the tomahawk and alpha auto, it holds more but the cylinder issue makes both its full auto and capacity meaningless because skipped shots are the same as expended with no tag and dont count because you essentially need to "reload" it by backing it back up to the skipped chamber or chambers and fire those off. The tomahawk doesnt have this issue

The auto 72 has that super easy drum rotation. Due to the very weak mekanism that rotates the drum while firing darts.

With how friendly the Puma is getting, they may one day get a proper appearance in a Q&A, I feel. As for the topic of the video: The Auto 76 seems pretty cool. I wonder how hard it would be to up its firing rate? The Blitz 6 is nothing remarkable, but it's not a bad blaster. Just, there's not much to say about its design.

I wonder if the ludicrously free drum rotation is their way of insuring the mechanism doesn't have to work too hard to move it. My Tomahawk broke itself rotating its massive drum and I've heard similar complaints from others, so could this possibly be BuzzBee sacrificing reliability for longevity?

It's a part of the rotation mechanism that allows the cylinder to be rotated by hand it's the mechanism that makes the clicking noise when you rotate the drums freely

I'm confused. You can hear it click when I rotate it in the video. You can see it rotate freely in the video You can tell that it rotates one way but not the other in the video. ...so what is it you are unsure of?

Coop772 has purchase recommendations in there videos, like for example, what the blasters does different, the pros and cons, and if they would recommend you purchase it or give a better alternative. Maybe you could find your own thing like mod potential and go into the modularity, durability and longevity of the blaster at the end (like you did saying the plastic is better then old blasters) so discard this comment I guess.

No worries, I get it. It rotates so freely one way it basically does not actually have a clutch so much as a one way gear. Practically nothing stops it from rotating to the right other than a very small amount of friction. It is prevented from rotatiing left completely. So if you skip a cylinder you can't just rotate back to it, you have to rotate all the way around. It is not the best design.
