I'm a big breakfast person no matter if that breakfast happens at 8 am, 11 am or 5pm lmao. We have different things on different days. Samosa, Pyaaz Kachori, Masala Dosa, Idli chutney (no sambar for me unless we're making idli at home), Vada Pav, Thepla, Thalipeeth, Aloo Paratha, Poha and kanda bhaji, etc. On Sundays we skip breakfast and directly eat Chole parathe or Pav Bhaji for "brunch" Or on very simple or lazy days, breakfast is just maggi, boiled sprouts or oats with nutella. For drinks it's either Chai (on samosa, vada pav or kanda poha and bhaji days), Mosambi juice (on dosa days), Chhaaj (buttermilk on paratha days) or cold coffee.

Pao or Pav is just what we used to call "bread" in general but it has become more predominantly used for the kind of rolls shown here because of popular foods like "pav bhaji" or "vada pav" It's literal definition just means bread in the original languages. (Both Hindi and Marathi to my knowledge)
