The way I do the Milo-milk thing: Milo on the bottom, pour milk in *v-e-r-y* carefully, then "scrape" at the Milo layer to make chunks float up, then scoop and eat the chunks. Eventually the entire layer just gives up on existence and then I just mix it into the slurry we all know and love.

Hot milo and cold milo are also two very different drinks since milo doesn’t dissolve unless the drink is hot. A hot drink is drinkable, a cold drink and you are doing to need that spoon.

Lots of people in the us make chocolate milk by adding chocolate syrup to the milk. However, many Americans do make chocolate milk using coco powder. That said, more often coco powder is used to make hot chocolate.

Cheese is awesome for managing higher levels of vegemite than you would otherwise eat. I didn’t even used to do a layer of Vegemite, I’d just add enough to mix into the butter to give it some colour. No thick black spots for me only light brown. Black meant the cheese needed to come out.

The best way to enjoy Vegemite is a thick layer of peanut butter/paste (instead of butter), with a tiny bit of Vegemite scraped over the top of it. When I've mentioned to fellow Aussies who like both spreads as they're normally eaten, they cringe at my recommendation. It's so good though! My Dad & I both can't eat peanut butter on toast without the Vegemite now. They taste so bland apart by comparison. Kind of like trying to go back to regular Tim Tams after trying the Double Coat ones 😅
