When I lived in Mississippi, the local grocery store sold pork brains in milk gravy. I never tried them, but I had friends who ate them regularly. It's typical to cook them along with scrambled eggs.

Shane either is fearless and no gag reflex or he is just soulless. Why is he always trying things that are best left alone like baiting ghosts, eating bugs. But he is also very optimistic and I love that.
