I already have Yugioh and MTG being ridiculously expensive atm (Mainly YGO) and I'd appreciate something cheaper for my Digimon decks. The rough budget I hold myself to with Digimon decks is no more than €50 per deck, would you have other options instead of Protoform?

Probably the original X antibody for an on-attack. In December, the scramble cards will debut so that’ll be something. But, if no X antibody, switch the leopard X for something like Tyrant, Grankuwagamon ace or megagargo ace.

@ it’s in the limited set coming out in December made up of the 2nd to 4th small limited sets released in Japan. The scramble cards are similar to the training and memory boost cards, having a main effect and staying on the field until you activate their delay effect. They’re 2 cost option cards that let you evolve with the evo cost reduced by 3 for a corresponding colour. Their delay effect is that, at the end of your opponent’s turn, you can put a card in your trash on top of your deck, then play out a level 3 Digimon with 2000 or less DP of the corresponding colour. Essentially, you get back a searcher and have a target for it to search on top of your deck.

What do you recommend changing to the proto antibody x since it is so expensive?

You could run the old x antibody. Attack with a 5 into a suspended digimon, go into tigervespimon to suspend more digimon, take out multiple digimon.

I don't know what to think about shuu, I understand the agroo option she gives to the deck, but the huge problem is she's not searchable, I know my luck and I know when I search with any training I will see her and then she will go to the button. That's the reason why I don't like her that much, and the problem of using metallife and her is you always will need to be suspended, but if you use her and metallife and you forget to unmind link you wont be able to redirect since, well you need your insectoids suspended. Thinking on run just 1 shuu and 1 izzy for more protection. And the metallife is the only think that I don't like that much. Also Winr don't give you memory if the opponent have a digimon, is only if you have a face up digimon in security. In this case you first need to trigger puroromon to put a face up card and then you get the memory of winr since both trigger at the same time.

I liked how in last format videos he showed the full deck in one image. I always watch the full videos, but when i copy the list for dcgo its usefull to have the full deck

@@mrgjsolorio Having a card list is a lot easier to follow along and figure out if you have everything. Especially if you want to go back to it. Having to watch the video, pause and rewind constantly if you missed your pause gets annoying. Especially with no overall deck shots or even overall level shots.

Oh yea I didn't realize I explained it in the wrong order. I was meaning to say that you would use Proto Form first and then QueenBee if after to go back into security if the stack would ever be removed aside from your own effects! Thanks for clarifying!

No worries, and welcome to the game! HPD does not give you memory back, it only reduces the Digivolution cost so that you pay less. Hope this helps!

I think you are sleeping on hornet erasure, it recovers 1 from the trash letting you pick what buff you want, plus it works like dcd bomb it deletes total play cost worth of digimon geting +2 with every face up so at minimum you are deleting 10 play cost for 8 with recovery. with all aces being low cost being your main target you can sometimes get the value to go even higher. Also i think izzy is decent choice as a mem setter since you can redirect into the suspended queen bee or tiger vespermon. keeping opponents off the security is the main objective cuz the deck starts to crumble when you lose your buffs. with an izzy, and a level 5 in security it causes tiger to potentially be able to block 3 times. Izzy also gets around "cant be blocked" since its a redirect.

@AVAULT 3 or 4 have carried me through some real tough matchups. Though I was playing a dangerous 8 8 8 8 spread on just the royal base line so I had more space

@AVAULT after more playtesting im shifting away from izzy, since bandai refuses to give bugs a tamer player the color doesn't matter. Bt 15 kari has been very helpful.

I tried it and I prefer Shuu Yulin for more aggro damage. But like I mentioned in the tech choices, I think it works well with the deck too!

You can keep deleting comments, but wouldn't it be easier to just check what youre doing and not have every upload be full of errors?

I'm really not sure what you mean by deleting comments because I generally don't. The only time when comments are deleted would be the use of profanity or words that violate KZbin's guidelines. These are automatic which I don't have control of, and sometimes I don't even know they were there in the first place. But if you are assuming I delete comments to hide others pointing out my misplays or incorrect explanations, I would like to address that I don't do that either. I much prefer having those comments to make sure any errors are addressed. I even clarify them in the pinned comments so that everyone can reference them. There is a lot to learn every time a new set drops with different effects and interactions. I always review my games and try my best to spot any errors when I commentate. Even then, its very easy to miss them until I find out from the comments. I'm going to be extra mindful moving forward, and I appreciate the understanding.
