Have you tested with different app and of that channel worked? Because stream not available means that channel is dead. I would contact the guy who give you channels and report it.

That box is over 7 years old. The app is buzztv 2.0, and they have not updated this app since late 2018. That box is end of life a long time ago.

Hello... Great video! Pls I have a question. it's been over seven days since I activated my Buzztv 4500 XRS but I still do not get option to upgrade to buzztv 5 after entering 2015 on remote control. I currently installed my box with username & password given to me by my provider. I'm just wondering, Do I have to install the 4 with the MAC address for the update to work?

alright, as i hear from buzztv support, visit buzztv com website and click on support button at the bottom and place your serial number and say it has been over 1 week and still didn't see buzztv 5 update. they will help you asap.

Hi .. I just updated on a 4500 box. The issue that I am having is: - when in settings, I select certain menu options and my screen goes black .. I cannot see any of the options. The options are there as I can navigate and select them blindly. It happens a lot of them but not all. It is very annoying. Other than that it works as expected. Anyone experiencing the same?

Hi, everything worked as directed on my xrs 4000. Unfortunately, shortly after reboot and icon 5 Buzz Tv, it is stuck in a reboot loop... "Buzztv 5 keeps stopping". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

the guide is not on hands of buzztv, but they have a setting under buzztv 5 press menu select settings and configuration there is a setting called off set select that and correct the time for yourself.

E2 has a IR remote it is not Bluetooth. just point remote to the box and use.

when you go to lock channel you will see a color buttons will tell you which one to press ask for unlock also if you didn't setup any password it is 0000

Check how much space left on your box.

@@amitachhiba7486 reboot the box if the box seems to be frozen, it can be your remote too. Now connect a computer keyboard and see if your box is still frozen.

retroarch has nothing to do with this app update, I am not even sure why you would ask?? if retroarch is able to be installed on android OS 9.0 then easily should be installed and support is done by retroarch and not buzztv or xctechs.
