If you face the target you want to shoot and press X the gunners will all look at it and lock on. When you switch to gunner view it should keep you facing the target

you should try the british hudson bomber, i fly this thing like a fighter, most of the time i got the most kills with this thing in team. it survives quiet much and your double mg-turret can be used very good. i often fly under enemy bomber and attack from under them.
