BV Drumline 2022

Bella Vista Marching Band, Color Guard & Pep Band - This class offers a wide range of music to encourage and bring out the best from each musician. The ONLY Marching Band in the San Juan Unified School District, we are recognized throughout the region for dedication to excellence, good musicianship, and team-work. The Marching Band and Color Guard warms up starting in the summer to become one of the top-ranking bands at competitions in Northern California.
Jazz Ensemble - In addition to the regular band program these musicians love Jazz music and make the extra effort to also attend Zero Period to play it. Each student has a chance to shine and develop a strong connection to the range of music in this genre.
Winter Percussion - If you play keyboards, drums, enjoy percussion, or like to perform routines in Guard, add this after-school program to your winter plans.

BV Band Boosters - Family support to BV Band & Auxiliary programs is what keeps our music playing and students moving to the beat. Each program has particular needs and is funded by family contributions, direct donations, fundraisers, and grants.
Marching Band & Color Guard - This program runs from mid-summer through the end of November with after school practices, fall competitions, and football game performances of marching and pep bands, as well as color guard and drill. Costs support our instructor assistants, competitions fees, licensing for show design and music, props and flags, as well as uniform upkeep, competition meals, and pep band music.
