I have samples of 3 of these and I agree they’re all the same vibe. Ultimately, I’m going for Prada Black since it’s the most balanced even though it lacks in performance, the scent is just too good for me. Down the line, I will get Le Male Le Parfum primarily for the bottle but I’ve grown to like the scent over time already. I will skip Prada L’Homme Intense since it’s redundant for me having Prada L’Homme and Prada Black already.

Great choices, thanks for sharing! Prada LR Blk works fine in warm weather (I should’ve said that!) and Le Mâle Parfum is a compliment magnet. I don’t have Prada L’Homme, nor have I tried it, but could you say if the performance is at least 7 hours?

@@youdoyou888 it lasts 5-7 hours on my skin. I do respray after 4 hours because to revisit the bright opening. It’s just a fresher version of the intense, you’re not missing out if you own or the other.

I personally feel like the opening of black is like Versace the dreamer and it disappointed me, dry down smells like the vanilla in Le male Le Parfum without its spice so I don’t really see the unique smell

Great video! I've ordered the two Pradas (l’homme intense is a blind buy, but it comes highly recommended). I've never smelled the JPG or the Just Rock; I'll have to change that ASAP. I'm a bit of an older-school (circa mid-2000s) frag head, but I quit collecting in 2012. Recently decided to jump back in! You've got a great channel!

Wow your format is incredibly helpful. Lining them up when talking about different criteria is a great visual. Office = A,B,C...______ Sweet = C,D,A...______ etc. Really good idea. ***Notice how BVLGARI BLACK bottle looks like a tire from the top. That should be a hint of what they were going for. I love BB and used it for years. :)

Out of the 3 of these I own my rankings are: 1st Prada Black (I LOVE this so much musky tonka amber absolutely beautiful) 2nd Le Male Le Parfum (Great mass appealing compliment getter smells great) 3rd L'homme Intense (smells ok but very overrated)

@@electus0067 Honestly, to me, not redundant, especially if you want to collect at least 100 bottles; DHI evokes a suave, luxurious, perhaps moody sense of ease, L’Homme Intense evokes an almost snappy smartness. That said, In a 10-bottle collection, they’ll seem too similar.

Go for it! They’re certainly different enough, because of the iris in L’Homme Intense. If however you already have Dior Homme Intense or plan on getting it, then Prada LHI _might_ be skippable. My sense is that it’s Prada LHI for summer and office, and it’s DHI for cooler weather and dinners.

Their topnotes are different, as the Prada has an iris kick. But once topnotes are gone, they do become similar. If I were you, I’d get Dior Homme Intense instead of Prada L’Homme Intense. In fact I’m now considering selling off the Prada. The only thing stopping me is that it’s already discontinued.

I think it can work for a 17yearold because the main note of tonka bean is on the sweet side. That said, I have to add that in my family, we don’t associate fragrance types to any age, and all that matters is if the person likes what he’s wearing.

@@danilofactor329 Hindi naman po. Ang common sa kanila ay yung tonka at coumarin sa base-ang coumarin kasi ay galing sa tonka bean at interchangeable naman at the end of the day yung terms na iyon. Kung ang gusto niyo po ay yung scent na talagang hindi kayo mareremind ng PL Intense, I would suggest getting something done by a different perfumer. Si Daniela Andrier-Roche ang perfumer ng Prada, at halos lahat ng base niya (yung naaamoy sa late drydown) ay may hawig talaga, maski yung ginawa niya para sa Carner Barcelona. So: hindi redundant dahil sa iris, pero kung gusto mo ay iba talaga, iwasan mo na lang dahil same perfumer (na naguulit ng base).
