Prada L'homme (the OG) is such a high class and luxurious scent and in my humble opinion it's considered the office king! It has garnered me many compliments. I remember wearing it on an interview once and the recruiter complimented me on how good I smelled and I actually got the job lol Great vid! Shout out from Costa Rica

The original Prada l’homme got me one of the strangest compliments aside from all the other compliments its gotten me. One time was buying at a food truck and as I paid and started walking back to my car, the gentleman from the food truck shouts at me. Startled, I walk back while wondering if I didn’t give him the right amount of cash or what not. When I got to the truck again he asked me “what is the name of your perfume?” I told him Prada l’homme and he just handed me a piece of paper and asked me to write it down because he’s going to buy it. 😅

Received it today. Sprayed 4 times at 930am. Got a compliment at 0630pm at 2feet away. Very sweet for me. Nice smell on air. Im not sure about projection though.

I've been exploring Prada L'homme Intense and wondering about the leather note. I am very particular about leather notes in fragrances. For Armani Code Absolu and the gold edition I make an exception bc they are done so well. That's the closest I get to purchasing leather-forward fragrances. I'm a fan of Prada L'homme, Luna Rossa Sport, and Ocean EDP. But the mixed reviews about Prada L'homme Intense's leather note have me hesitant. Some say the leather is well-blended and barely noticeable, others don't even mention it, still others rave about the dark leather. I am totally fine with sandalwood. I wonder if some reviewers aren't familiar with the difference between sandalwood and leather. I'm thinking about blind buying Prada L'homme Intense. Worth it? How prominent is the leather note?

Spot on with the assessment. I have the original, intense and Leaux. And I'd go in the exact same Order you went, I really would like to see an even darker flanker for the winter. Intense is heavier but still not extreme Cold ready. Perfect for fall though

I might miss out on some notes if I buy the original l'homme. However, I do live in a fairly warm climate most of the year. I loved the fragrance. It smells sophisticated and clean. I find it kinda sweet and unisex. I wouldn't go with the original one if it is supposed to be sweeter and less versatile. I think l'eua is the best of the line even though I've never smelled L'homme

The iris top notes of the Prada L’Homme Intense is lighter and better than Dior Homme Intense, but it is just the first 20 minutes, after that it dries down to Dior Sauvage-like soapy scent while Dior Homme Intense dries down to much elegant middle and base notes. Perhaps it depends on different people’s skin though.

Agree 100% with you. I try to keep my cologne choices to 5 (I have too many other collections). My absolute favorite and signature scent is now a tie between lhomme intense and Armani code edp. My “super fresh” scent is regular lhomme. I like things on the dark rich side and usually regulate for temperature by trigger control. It was 95 where I’m from today and I wore one spray of intense. It was almost the equal of 7 or 8 sprays on the -10 days here. Code edt was my favorite smelling scent from 2004 until I smelled intense so that should be an indication of my love for it. I have tried intense, regular and Leau and would rate them in that order. I no longer have leau because it didn’t fit my lifestyle and environment (not strong enough). But it is a great smell.

I was not wearing lhomme edt for more than a year since it quite boring. But when i knew i coudnot wear strong fragrances in the work place. I started wearing it again. And i love this frag since i first used it. I had a sample of the intense and i love it better than the original. Compliments the 1st day i used it.

I like the original the most. The intense is also great but kinda replaceable to me. I normally don't really like fresh scents because they never 'wow' me but l'homme surprisingly does so and the performance is also very good on my skin which is very uncommon for me. If I want to wear a sweet, dark iris designer scent I would rather wear dior homme intense / parfum. Like those more and don't feel the need to own two of the the l'homme line.
