your pot of wax is what we use on Barbour farm jackets, hair dryer is a must, and a seat cover in the Land Rover after !

Hope it works ok Ian . I believe a washing machine treatment for waterproofing cloth using Nikwax products is another option .... maybe a cardboard based baseball cap peak would fail in a washing machine , but you can brush another Nikwax product instead . Hikers would know best about Nilwax .

Hi Ian, I done my was jacket a few weeks ago then done my German Parka too, its very satisfying, going to do my Bergen soon got some sticks of bees wax from Amazon and will mix with a bit of turpentine apparently better coverage when applying... Take care mate must have a beer again soon Folk...ATB Chris.
