Bwa masks 1985 Burkina Faso

This is FILM from my work in the Bwa village of Dossi in 1985. It was shot with a small, super-8, synch.-sound film camera, I have just had it digitized and am editing, narrating, and sharpening it. I will have it completed in a week or so.

Is there a special significance for the butterfly? I've seen a very similar Bwa mask which I was told was meant to be a moth
