The red trucks and faces all come from the website shapeways. The Trucks come from DucknDuncan's store. www.shapeways.com/shops/d-n-d-s-railway-shop?li=pb and the faces come from this store. www.shapeways.com/shops/the-faces-of-trouble?li=pb if you decide you want to buy some of these, it will mean some waiting for them to be made, painting the faces and the trucks, and having to find a chassis to put the trucks on.
